Gopaldhara Garden of Autumn – Rare Hand Made White Tea – Royal Series 2021 – Royal Series
₹ 450.00 / 25 gms tin caddy
This refreshing white tea is made from clonal bushes planted at the top elevations of Gopaldhara Tea Estate stretching from 5500 to 7000 ft. In this winter season, the flavours are prominent as the weather is very dry and cool which ensures very slow growth.
To make these kinds of white teas only the best shoots and prominent buds are carefully plucked by the workers. The hand-plucked leaves are not dried or rolled, which makes them very delicate. This rare white tea does not undergo any induced oxidation and is unrolled and completely hand sorted.
The tea brews into a light-bodied pale yellow coloured liquor with a flowery creamy texture with a mellow and sweet honey flavour. It has no grassy tones which are very unconventional for a typical white tea. You can easily feel the prominent fruity flavours with the note of fresh corn. The tea has no harshness, bitterness, or astringency. A refreshing and truly delightful tea!
