Introducing our exclusive limited edition Darjeeling second flush white tea, made from the finest leaves and buds carefully picked from the Tenali bushes at the peaceful Rohini Tea Estate in Darjeeling. The flavours are bold due to the very dry weather, which slowed the growth of the tea in the last week of May this year. Only the best shoots and prominent buds are gently plucked by hand. The plucking is so delicate that the leaves can only be hand sorted for such fine quality. Using a natural process with no machinery, this tea is sun-dried and carefully processed without rolling or forced oxidation.

The dry leaves are made up of pure single or dual leaves with a bud. This Darjeeling second flush white tea brews into a pale yellow drink with a very smooth fruity character, without the grassy taste which is very unconventional for a typical white tea. Despite its light body, the flavour profile has notable depth, offering a pleasant surprise to the palate. You can easily taste the complex and mineral-rich flavour with hints of Indian Gooseberry, wild pear, and lime. Free of harshness, bitterness, or astringency, this tea promises an unparalleled delight.
