- Rohini (RTD-03) Spring Moonlight White Oolong – This tea is a delicate and refreshing Darjeeling white oolong tea from Rohini Tea Estate, We have named this tea Moonlight White Oolong because it is mostly processed like any other white tea except that it is fixed and gently rolled at the end. This Darjeeling white oolong tea has a well-layered delicate flavour profile with a natural sweetness. This whole-leaf tea appears olive green in color with lots of silver buds. It has a full mouthfeel with a sweet and refreshing taste. The tea brews into a bright yellow colored liquor which is very syrupy. It is dominated by floral notes accompanied by hints of white and pink fruits with fresh sprouted vegetables. This is an exceptional and fine spring tea.
- Rohini (RTE-20) Classic Green Tea – Classic Green Tea is an exquisite Darjeeling Green Tea 2023 from Rohini Tea Estate. It is produced from high-quality green tea clones which have less tannin content than the usual Darjeeling clones resulting in zero bitterness in a freshly brewed cup. To make sure that the best flavours are brought out, only small and very fine two leaves and a bud are plucked. The teas are gently rolled so that they do not break. This allows each of them to open up in the pot when they are brewed. Unlike regular green tea, Classic Green Tea has a slightly pleasant bitterness with a pleasing vegetal and pine flavour.
- Rohini (RTE-46) Fruity Oolong – This is a unique early second flush tea 2022 from Rohini Tea Estate of Darjeeling made with small leaves and buds from high-quality clonal bushes. This second flush tea 2022 is semi-oxidized to ensure that all the exquisite flavours are prominently present. The dry leaves are brownish with random silvery tips which brew into orange liquor & medium-bodied cups. The liquor is very smooth with a fruity aroma and flavour. You can also feel the hints of peach and berries devoid of any astringency and bitterness. A specially crafted cup for oolong tea lovers.
- Gopaldhara (RTE-55) Frosted Winter Darjeeling Red Thunder –Â Gopaldhara’s Red Thunder is a limited edition finest Darjeeling premium Autumn flush muscatel tea made from frosted leaves. This fine tea is made from clonal bushes and appears blackish-red with abundant tips. The tea is made during the last week of October when the temperature starts approaching zero degrees at night, leading to the leaves getting frosted. The tea brews into a fully transparent orange liquor with excellent muscatel flavor and rich, dense notes of ripe fruits. The flavor profile is well-balanced with fruity, soft, and earthy flavors. The tea is sweet without any astringency. The aftertaste is well-defined, long-lasting, and captivating.
