Rohini (RTD-03) Spring Moonlight White Oolong – First Flush 2023 – Classic Series

This tea is a delicate and refreshing Darjeeling white oolong tea from Rohini Tea Estate, We have named this tea Moonlight White Oolong because it is mostly processed like any other white tea except that it is fixed and gently rolled at the end.

This Darjeeling white oolong tea has a well-layered delicate flavour profile with a natural sweetness. This whole-leaf tea appears olive green in colour with lots of silver buds. It has a full mouthfeel with a sweet and refreshing taste. The tea brews into a bright yellow coloured liquor which is very syrupy. It is dominated by floral notes accompanied by hints of white and pink fruits with fresh sprouted vegetables. This is an exceptional and fine spring tea.
