Classic First Flush – It is a mid-elevation Darjeeling first flush tea from Gopaldhara Tea Estate is a traditional spring tea of Darjeeling made from china bushes one of the preferred clone of Darjeeling Tea Estates. Gopaldhara Classic has a traditional Darjeeling fresh flavour with a prominent flowery character. It is very light on the palate with a smooth clean leather flavour. The tea was manufactured when the temperatures were low at the tea garden which helped in making the tea smooth and soft. It has a very strong and prominent aftertaste.
Premium Second Flush – It is made from the finest mixed clones from the highest elevated section from Gopaldhara Tea Estate. The tea has abundant muscatel flavor and special tinge of sweetness, which makes the second flush so distinctive. Brownish leaf with random tips they brew into dark orange liquor. The cup is medium bodied with musky notes and a fresh aroma to fall in love with. They are very smooth with no harsh tones.
Green Gold Tea – Green Gold is an exquisite Darjeeling Green Tea from Rohini Tea Estate. It is produced from the high quality green tea clones which have less tannin content than the usual Darjeeling clones resulting in zero bitterness in a freshly brewed cup. To bring out the best flavor only small and very fine two leaves and bud is plucked. The teas are gently rolled so that they do not break which allows each of them to open up by the pot when they are brewed. Unlike the regular green tea they hardly taste bitter and have a nice pleasing green tea pine flavour.
Water: Always use cold fresh water.
Boiling: Temperature of the water: 85°C.
Leaves: One teaspoon (around 2.5g).

Premium Second Flush – 3-4 minutes
Green Gold Tea – 3-4 minutes
Additions: No Sugar or Milk. Condiments are not advised as it may ruin the natural flavor of the tea.
